Yule Sabbat 2025: call the return of the light.
Yule, celebrated at the winter solstice around December 21st (more precisely between the 20th and 23rd depending on the year), marks the longest night of the year and the gradual return of light. This sabbat honors renewal, the rebirth of the sun, and symbolizes hope and the continuity of life. Yule traditions include lighting candles or a log to invite warmth and light into our homes, decorating evergreen branches, and making offerings to solar deities. It is an ideal time to refocus, celebrate with family or friends, and set intentions for the new cycle that begins. Between introspection and joy, Yule reminds us that every ending carries a new beginning within it.
