The Practitioner Account was created to allow people who regularly engage in esoteric activities to benefit from preferential pricing on our products, providing them with lasting support as they develop their practice. Below, you will find the eligibility requirements and application form.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive:
- a permanent 10% discount on our entire catalog;
- a discount automatically applied to your account, with no promotional code required;
- exclusive access for orders with a minimum product value of €200.00 (excluding shipping costs, books, tarot decks, and oracle decks).

The Practitioner Account is intended for people who have placed at least one order with Aeternum within the last 30 days. To retain these benefits, an order of at least €200.00 must be placed at least once every 31 days.
If no order is placed during this period, the Practitioner Account benefits will be automatically suspended. If you would like to benefit from them again, a new request may be reviewed by our team.
How do I submit a request?
After placing your first order in our store, simply complete the form below by telling us about your practice. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing your application. Each request is considered individually, and Aeternum reserves the right to accept or reject an application for a Practitioner Account without providing a reason.
The Practitioner Account is a commercial benefit granted to certain customers who meet the program’s criteria. Its sole purpose is to offer pricing terms suited to individuals who regularly use our products as part of their professional activities. Obtaining a Practitioner Account constitutes neither a commercial partnership, nor a certification, nor a recommendation from Aeternum. We do not guarantee the skills, methods, practices, or services offered by Practitioner Account holders. Each practitioner remains solely responsible for their activities, advice, and the services they offer to their own clients.
Granting a Practitioner Account therefore does not constitute validation of the practices carried out or approval of the content shared by its holder. Aeternum remains fully independent and reserves the right to accept, refuse, suspend, or withdraw a Practitioner Account at any time, without having to provide reasons for its decision.

Do I need to have ordered from Aeternum before?
Yes. The Practitioner Account is available only after placing an initial order through our store. This allows us to verify that our products meet your needs before reviewing your request.

Simply complete the form available on this page. We will ask you for some information about your practice so that we can better understand your needs. Our team will then review your application and inform you of its decision.
What are the benefits of the Practitioner Account?
Holders of an active Practitioner Account automatically receive a 10% discount on the entire Aeternum catalog for orders containing at least €200.00 worth of products (excluding shipping costs). This discount is applied automatically, with no promotional code required.
Is the Practitioner Account granted automatically?
No. Each request is reviewed individually. Aeternum reserves the right to accept or reject a request without being required to provide a reason.
Do I need to be a business or have a SIRET number?
No. A registered professional activity is not required. We review all applications, taking into account the applicant’s profile, occupation, and the information provided in the form.
How do I keep my Practitioner Account?
To retain the benefits associated with the Practitioner Account, you must place at least one order for €200.00 worth of products (excluding shipping costs) every 31 days.
What happens if I don’t place an order for more than 31 days?
The benefits associated with your Practitioner Account will be automatically suspended. If you would like to receive them again, you can contact our team so that your situation can be reviewed.
Can this discount be combined with other promotional offers?
No. The Practitioner Account discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or current special offers, unless otherwise indicated.
Does the discount apply to all products?
No. The 10% Practitioner Account discount applies to eligible products in the shop, but does not apply to items in the Bookstore, Tarot decks, or Oracle decks. These products remain at their regular price and do not qualify for the Practitioner discount.
Does the Practitioner Account constitute a certification or a recommendation?
No. The Practitioner Account is a commercial benefit intended for certain customers who regularly use our products. Its granting does not constitute certification, validation, or recommendation of the activity carried out by its holder.
Can I share my Practitioner Account with another person?
No. The Practitioner Account is strictly personal and reserved for the customer account holder who submitted the request. Any use by a third party may result in the suspension or removal of the associated benefits.
How long does it take to receive a response?
We strive to review every request as quickly as possible. Processing times depend on the number of requests currently in progress, but we generally do our best to respond within a few business days.
