Aeternum
Aeternum, what is it, who are we?
Aeternum is a France-based website, created by two Pagan practitioners open to all spiritualities, especially the oldest and/or less popular ones nowadays. Even though belief is primarily personal, we want to highlight these practices and offer the necessary products for each sabbat, to cleanse your home or simply to add a touch of well-being to daily life without necessarily fully identifying with a spiritual movement.
There are many myths and mysteries surrounding the occult world, but beyond the clichés, we work every day to provide information and creations from around the world to allow everyone to practice without worrying about others' opinions.
What does the Aeternum logo represent?
You have surely seen this symbol in various fields, but it is its ancient symbolism that inspires us. Known mainly for representing infinity, the Ouroboros is a powerful, multifaceted symbol that embodies all the values of Aeternum:
- The eternal cycle of life and death: the Ouroboros often symbolizes eternity and the perpetual cycle of life, death, and rebirth. This concept is sometimes interpreted as the cyclical nature of the universe.
- Unity of opposites: by biting its own tail, the Ouroboros also represents the union of opposites, such as creation and destruction or life and death. Life can sometimes be complex and not always smooth sailing. That is why spirituality, whatever form it takes, can guide you through sometimes troubled or turbulent times.
- Renewal: the serpent feeding on its own tail is a symbol of self-sufficiency and constant renewal. This is the essence of sabbats and celebrations: closing one period and opening a new one, full of promises and successes.
- Alchemy and spiritual transformation: in medieval alchemy and the Hermetic tradition, the Ouroboros was a symbol of the cyclical nature of matter and spirit, leading to purification and spiritual transformation. This is how every moment in life has its purpose, so you need not fear upcoming challenges.
I am a beginner, can I buy from your site?
Of course! Spirituality is not just for experts. We strive to offer a wide range of items for all practices, whether for celebrations, sabbats, or simply to improve daily life a little.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet, but we’re thinking about it! There are esoteric shops in France, but we believe it’s possible to do better. Maybe in a few years, you’ll be able to come directly to Aeternum...

What do you do with my personal information?
We do not sell or distribute any personal data of our customers to third parties. We are committed to respecting privacy, and all collected information (name, first name, phone number, postal address) is used solely and exclusively for processing your order.

Order
How to place an order on Aeternum?
Browse our sections, add the desired items to your cart, then confirm your order by entering your shipping and billing address. Payment is secure, and a confirmation email is sent to you as soon as the order is recorded.
Do I need to create a customer account to order?
It’s not mandatory; you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to easily access your order history, your delivery information, and save time on future visits.
What is the order processing time?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is shipped.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, and Saint-Martin.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link allowing you to follow your package’s progress in real time.
I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?
First step: check your spam folder. If no message is there, it’s possible there was an error in the email address entered. Contact us and we will resend the missing information.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a delivery address different from the billing address. Delivery to pickup points is also offered in certain areas.
Is it possible to gift an order without showing the price?
Of course! No documents with prices are included in the package. You can also gift a digital gift card to send directly to the recipient.
Does the package include an invoice?
No. No documents containing prices are included in the package. You can therefore have your order delivered as a gift. If you want to add a personalized note, please include it in the order note.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
In case of delay or abnormal blockage, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is declared lost, a solution will be offered to you.
Products
Are the items purified before shipping?
Yes! All ritual objects are systematically purified before being sent. This ensures that each item reaches you neutral and ready to use.
Are the items consecrated or charged?
It depends. Some items are delivered already consecrated with a specific intention (such as our ritual candles, vials, gris-gris, or talismans). Others, like stones, pendulums, or accessories, are only purified to allow you to consecrate them yourself, according to your practice.
How can I tell if a product is already ritualized?
When this is the case, we indicate it directly on the product page. If nothing is specified, it means the item is delivered purified but neither charged nor consecrated.
Where do your products come from?
A large part of our range is handmade or created according to specific traditions (hoodoo, santería, folk traditions…). By their nature, our products come from all over the world.
Are the stones natural?
Yes. All the stones we offer are natural. If they have been treated in a laboratory, we indicate this on the product page.
Are your items suitable for all practices?
We offer objects from different traditions (Western, Afro-Caribbean, folk…), which you can freely integrate into your own path. We specify the ritual origin when relevant to guide you in your choice.
Are your herbs and flowers consumable?
Our Herbalism section is dedicated solely to spiritual and traditional use, and never for food purposes. Some of our rare roots are actually toxic.
However, we offer products safe for ingestion to improve your well-being in our Infusions & Teas and Bach Flowers sections.
Do you also offer services (readings, rituals, guidance)?
No. Aeternum focuses exclusively on selling esoteric products. We do not offer spiritual services or consultations.
Payment
Is it safe to use my credit card on Aeternum?
Yes, it is completely safe to make payments on our site. We use advanced security protocols and encryption methods to ensure that your financial data is protected at all times.
What types of security protocols do you use?
We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which ensures that all data transmitted between your browser and our server is encrypted and remains private.
What payment methods are offered on Aeternum?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. You can pay on our site by:

How will I know if my transaction was successful?
After making a payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received anything, verify that the payment was accepted and contact us if necessary.
Are there any hidden fees during payment?
No, there are no hidden fees. The amount you see when confirming your order is the total amount you pay, including delivery.
⚠️ Depending on your delivery location outside mainland France, you may be subject to customs fees. The recipient is responsible for knowing the applicable laws, and we cannot issue any refunds.
What should I do if my card is declined during payment?
If your card is declined, please check that you entered the correct card information, followed the payment validation procedure (such as Certicode), and have sufficient funds. If everything seems correct, contact your bank or card provider for assistance.
Can I save my payment information for future purchases?
For your convenience, we offer the option to save your payment information. However, we never store this information directly. It is managed and protected by highly secure third-party payment services.
How does payment by bank transfer work?
You must choose Bank transfer when confirming your order. You will then receive an email with payment instructions (including an IBAN). Your order will be prepared and shipped after we receive your transfer.
Do not delay: the order is automatically canceled after 2 days.
I have concerns about online fraud. How does Aeternum protect my information?
We take online security very seriously. In addition to the SSL protocol, we also use other security measures, such as 3D Secure verification for card transactions, to prevent any fraudulent activity.
I am a professional. Do you offer reseller pricing?
We currently focus exclusively on individual customers. However, we are considering a dedicated offer for professionals in parallel.
Payment in 3 installments with no fees using Klarna
What is Klarna's interest-free payment in 3 installments?
The interest-free payment in 3 installments is a credit option offered by Klarna that allows you to split the amount of your purchase into three equal payments, with no fees or interest. The first payment is made when the order is confirmed, and the next two are automatically deducted every 30 days.
How can I use the interest-free payment in 3 installments?
To do this, on the payment page, choose the option "Klarna - Pay now or later". Confirm your payment method and you will be redirected to Klarna’s secure form to complete with the requested information (identity, phone number, credit card number).
The first installment will be charged immediately, and the next two will be automatically debited at 30-day intervals.
You will receive a payment schedule from Klarna and an order confirmation from Aeternum. Your order will then be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount to use this option?
Yes, the interest-free payment in 3 installments is available for purchases with a minimum amount of €35. The maximum amount may vary depending on your credit limit granted by Klarna.
What are the eligibility criteria for the interest-free payment in 3 installments?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Reside in France.
- Have a valid credit card.
Are there any fees or interest associated with this option?
No, the interest-free payment in 3 installments is free of fees and interest, provided payments are made according to the scheduled plan.
Why was my installment payment declined?
Klarna uses a specific algorithm to decide whether to approve an installment payment. Although approval is granted in the vast majority of cases, it may sometimes refuse a request. For more information, you can contact the Klarna customer service directly.
Please note that Aeternum has no authority; only Klarna makes the decision.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails, Klarna will automatically try again two days later. If it fails again, Klarna will send you a statement of the total remaining amount, payable within 15 days. Late fees may apply if payment is not made on time.
Can I repay the full amount earlier than planned?
Yes, you can pay the full balance at any time via the Klarna app or through the payment schedule received by email when you placed your order.
How can I track my payments and remaining balance?
You can manage and track your payments by logging into your Klarna account on their website or via the Klarna mobile app.
What should I do if I have a problem with my payment or additional questions?
For any questions or issues regarding your payment, you can contact Klarna customer service.
Deferred payment without fees with Klarna
What is 30-day deferred payment with Klarna?
The 30-day deferred payment option allows you to receive your order and pay for it only 30 days later, with no fees or interest.
How can I use the 30-day deferred payment?
At checkout, select the "Pay in 30 days" option offered by Klarna. No credit card information is required at the time of purchase. Klarna will send you payment instructions by email once your order has been shipped.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount to use this option?
The 30-day deferred payment is available with no minimum purchase amount. The maximum amount depends on your credit limit granted by Klarna.
What are the eligibility criteria for the 30-day deferred payment?
To be eligible, you must:

Can I pay before the end of the 30 days?
Yes, you can pay the amount due at any time before the deadline by logging into your Klarna account or via the mobile app.
What should I do if I have a problem with my payment or additional questions?

PayPal
Can I pay in 4 installments with PayPal?
PayPal may offer payment in 4 installments, but this option depends solely on PayPal. We have no control over its activation, conditions, or refusal. If the option does not appear during payment, it means PayPal does not offer it for this transaction or for your account.
What is the maximum amount payable with PayPal?
The maximum amount accepted for payment via PayPal is €250.00 per order. Beyond this limit, you can pay by credit card or Klarna.
What should I do if there is a problem with a PayPal order?
Before opening any dispute or PayPal investigation, it is essential to contact our customer service. Most situations are resolved quickly through direct communication.
What happens if a PayPal investigation is opened without prior contact?
Opening a PayPal investigation without prior contact with customer service results in a significant delay in processing times. PayPal then applies its standard, longer procedure, even when the situation is simple to resolve.
Are chargebacks accepted without justification?
Any chargeback or PayPal dispute deemed abusive or unjustified will result in a complaint filing. Each shipped order is documented with proof of processing and shipping kept by our system (IP, timestamp, photos, etc.).
Does PayPal automatically protect the buyer?
PayPal offers a protection framework, but it does not replace communication with the merchant. A compliant, shipped, and proven order remains valid, even in case of an open dispute.
Can I cancel a PayPal payment after confirmation?
Once the payment is confirmed, cancellation is not automatic. Any cancellation request depends on the order status and must be sent to customer service as soon as possible.
Why might PayPal refuse a payment?
A refusal can come from several PayPal-specific factors: internal account limits, risk analysis, temporary service unavailability, or conditions specific to your PayPal profile. The store does not have access to this information.
Does PayPal have access to my bank data?
We never have access to your bank data. The entire payment is processed directly by PayPal through its secure platform.
Delivery
Is the delivery discreet?
We know spirituality is a personal, even intimate matter. Therefore, our packages are neutral and sealed to prevent any opening. Products are also secured inside to prevent movement. Your package is then delivered like any other parcel.
What delivery methods and times are available on Aeternum?
We offer 5 delivery methods:

For now, we ship to mainland France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Italy and Spain.
Other destinations are regularly added.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package in real time using the services of Mondial Relay, Colissimo, or Chronopost.
What happens if I am not home during delivery?
If you are not available, the delivery person will leave a notice indicating the steps to retrieve your package, usually at the nearest post office or a pickup point.
What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If you notice any damage or irregularities upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
What should I do if I haven't received my package despite the status "Delivered" on the tracking?
In that case, please contact us quickly. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery service and do everything possible to resolve the issue.

Do you offer promo codes?
Yes, a welcome code for 10% off is offered to anyone who signs up for our newsletter. It’s our way of thanking those who want to follow us and discover our magical new arrivals first.
Do you offer discounts or promotional periods?
We do not run occasional promotions because we have chosen from the start to offer fair and balanced prices without exaggerated markups. This approach allows us to stay true to our values while respecting the work of artisans, producers, and nature itself. With us, no inflated prices that are later reduced: just honest pricing all year round.
Do you participate in Black Friday?
No. This event does not align with our vision. We do not want to sell products at bargain prices, especially those derived from nature or used in rituals. Every item, every creation deserves to be respected for its value and origin.
Do your prices change according to the seasons?
No. We do not apply artificial price increases or decreases based on the calendar. Whether it’s Yule, Samhain, or Litha, our prices remain stable throughout the year.
Can multiple discounts be combined?
Our shop only offers one promotional code upon registration. It is not possible to combine other discounts or offers, unless you have received a credit as part of a customer service case.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, undamaged, and unused.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service to get the address where you should send your package.
⚠️ Please make sure to send it to a business address and not a private individual to avoid the package being left at a pickup point and returned to you.
⚠️ Also, the customer remains responsible for the package until it is effectively delivered to our services. In case of delay or loss, the return process is suspended and you must contact the carrier.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Except in cases of our error or a product defect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the return process.
How do exchanges work?
If you want to exchange an item, make sure it has not been worn, damaged, or altered and that the tag is not removed. Then contact our Customer Service to get the return address.
Be sure to tell us which product you want in exchange when you return the item.
Can I return an item purchased on promotion or sale?
Items purchased on promotion or sale can be returned, but only for an exchange or store credit, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
Loyalty Program
How does the Aeternum loyalty program work?
Every order placed on the store earns you points. You can then exchange these points for discounts on your next orders. Just create an account to start accumulating automatically.
How do I benefit from the program?
Simply create a customer account on our store to start automatically earning points with every order. No additional registration is required.
Is the loyalty program paid?
No, the Aeternum loyalty program is completely free. It is available to all customers with an account on our store.
How many points do I earn per order?
You earn 10 points for every euro spent, excluding shipping fees. A product priced at €30 will earn you 300 points.
From how many points can I get a discount?
From 1,000 points, you get a €5 discount. Other vouchers are available starting from 4,000, 6,000, or 10,000 points, with progressive discounts.
Do the discounts have usage conditions?
Yes. Each voucher is valid starting from a minimum order amount (€5 from €60, €20 from €150, €30 from €200, €50 from €300). Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points are valid for 12 months after your last order. Each new purchase automatically extends their validity.
How do I know how many points I have?
Your points balance is visible at any time in your customer area, or on the dedicated loyalty program page, once logged in.
Are there ways to earn points other than ordering?
Yes. You can earn points for simple actions like signing up, subscribing to the newsletter, following on social media, or leaving a Google review.
Is there a birthday gift?
Yes. If your birth date is entered in your account, you will automatically receive a €5 voucher valid for 30 days, to use on orders over €60.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Points related to a canceled or refunded order are automatically removed from your account. If a discount voucher was used, it will be credited back to you.
Referral Program
What is the principle of the Aeternum referral program?
The referral program allows you to offer a 10% discount to a friend on their very first order. In return, you also receive a 10% discount once that order is confirmed. It’s a simple way to introduce the shop to those around you while being rewarded.
How do I share my referral link?
Once logged into your account, you can access your personal link from the dedicated referral page. You can share it by email, on social media, or by copying it directly. You are free to refer as many people as you want.
Is the referral discount valid on all their orders?
No. The 10% discount for the referred friend is only valid on their very first order, provided it reaches a minimum of €40 excluding shipping costs. It must be used within 30 days of receiving the link.
When does the referrer receive their reward?
The referrer receives their 10% discount as soon as the referred friend’s order is confirmed. This discount is valid for 90 days on any order of €40 or more, excluding shipping costs.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite. Each confirmed order by a new customer gives you a new discount.
Where can I find my referral link or code?
Your personal link is accessible from your customer area, in the section dedicated to referrals. You just need to be logged in to access and easily share it.
Services
Do you offer online or phone consultations (clairvoyance, astrology, ...)?
In line with our policy, we focus exclusively on selling products to support your practices or curiosity. Therefore, we do not offer any such services.
Can you recommend any practitioners?
Out of responsibility and ethics, we do not have any list of practitioners and therefore cannot recommend any.
Can you interpret my dreams, card readings, or spiritual experiences?
We do not offer personalized interpretations of dreams, divination readings, or spiritual experiences. We invite you to explore our Dream Grimoire, our Tarot Guide, and our esoteric blog, which can help you deepen your research. And if the answer is not there, the best is to turn to a specialized book.
Do you perform exorcisms or spiritual work for clients?
We do not offer any exorcism, banishing, or ritual services performed for others. Our role is solely to provide you with esoteric products for you to use yourself in your personal practices.
Professionals
Do you offer reseller rates?
Not at the moment. Our shop does not yet offer pricing dedicated to resellers. If this changes, the information will be posted here.
Do you have rates for practitioners (therapists, energy workers, etc.)?
We have not yet established a pricing schedule for practitioners. However, it is possible to contact us directly to discuss: we review each request on a case-by-case basis.
