Which delivery methods and times are available at Aeternum?

We offer 5 delivery methods:

• Colissimo home delivery: 2–3 working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Colissimo pickup point: 2–3 working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Mondial Relay pickup points and lockers: 3–5 working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Mondial Relay home delivery: 5–10 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Chronopost home delivery before 1 pm: the next day before 1 pm for orders placed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend and public holiday orders are dispatched on the next working day and delivered the following day.

The minimum order for Canada is 100€ / 100$ CA. The minimum order for the United States is 100€ / 100$ US.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method, destination and, for weight-based rates, the order weight. The applicable amount is calculated at checkout. Swords retain their dedicated rates, shown below.

How are swords shipped?

Due to their size and nature, swords are shipped exclusively by Colissimo home delivery to all supported countries and regions. If you arrange delivery to a pickup point with the carrier, we accept no responsibility for loss, delay or damage.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, subject to a minimum order value and only for metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco:

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your parcel in real time using the services of: Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost.

What happens if I am not home when delivery takes place?

If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice explaining how to collect your parcel, usually at the nearest post office or a pickup point.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you notice damage or any other problem on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged parcel. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

What if I have not received my parcel but tracking says “Delivered”?

Please contact us promptly. We will open an investigation with the delivery service and do our best to resolve the issue.
