What delivery methods and times are available on Aeternum?

We offer 5 delivery methods:

  • Colissimo home delivery: within 2 to 3 business days Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
  • Colissimo pickup point: within 2 to 3 business days Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
  • Mondial Relay pickup points and lockers: within 3 to 5 business days Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
  • Mondial Relay home delivery: within 5 to 10 business days Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Chronopost before 1 pm (home delivery): next day before 1 pm for any order placed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped the next business day and delivered the following day.


What are the shipping zones?

For now, we ship to mainland France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland*, Réunion*, French Guiana*, Guadeloupe*, Martinique*, Mayotte*, Saint Barthélemy*, Saint Martin*, New Caledonia*, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Other destinations are regularly added.

* Prices include VAT. For any VAT refund, you must contact the relevant authorities. Aeternum cannot process refunds or invoice your purchases excluding taxes.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary depending on the chosen method and destination.

Mondial Relay - home delivery:

  • Mainland France: €5.90

Mondial Relay - pickup point & locker:

  • Mainland France: €4.90
  • Belgium, Luxembourg: €5.90
  • Italy (depending on weight): from €8.90
  • Spain (depending on weight): from €8.90
  • Portugal (depending on weight): from €8.90
  • Netherlands (depending on weight): from €8.90
  • Germany (depending on weight): from €8.90

Colissimo - pickup point:

  • Mainland France: €5.90

Colissimo - home delivery:

  • France: €6.90
  • Monaco, Luxembourg: €14.90
  • Belgium: €20.00
  • Switzerland: €20.00
  • Réunion Island: €20.00
  • French Guiana: €20.00

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, subject to a minimum purchase amount and only for mainland France:

  • Mondial Relay: free delivery from €79.00
  • Colissimo: free delivery from €79.00


Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package in real time using the services of Mondial Relay, Colissimo, and Chronopost.


What happens if I am not home during delivery?

If you are not available, the delivery person will leave a notice indicating the steps to retrieve your package, usually at the nearest post office or a pickup point.


What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?

If you notice any damage or irregularities upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue.


Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.


What should I do if I have not received my package despite the status "Delivered" on the tracking?

In this case, please contact us quickly. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery service and do everything possible to resolve the issue.
