How does the Aeternum loyalty program work?
By creating an account on our store, you are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program. For each order placed, you earn 10 points for every euro spent (excluding shipping fees and any discounts). These points can then be exchanged for discount vouchers, to be used from a certain order amount.
What discount coupons are available?
From 1,000 points, you get a €5 discount, usable on an order of at least €60. From 4,000 points, you unlock a €20 discount, valid on orders of €150 or more. With 6,000 points, you can use a €30 voucher on an order of at least €200. Finally, from 10,000 points, you benefit from a €50 discount on a minimum basket of €250. Discount vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other promotional codes or occasional offers. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Can you earn points in ways other than ordering?
Yes, some simple actions allow you to earn extra points. You receive points when you register, subscribe to our newsletter, follow our Instagram account or our Facebook page, and also for leaving a Google review (after manual verification). These tasks are accessible from your customer area. They allow you to accumulate up to 1,000 points, which is equivalent to a 5 € discount voucher.
Where can I check my points and rewards?
Your points balance, completed missions, and available rewards can be viewed at any time in your customer area or on this page once logged in.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from your last order. Each new purchase automatically extends the validity of all your points by an additional 12 months.
What happens if an order is canceled or refunded?
In case of cancellation or refund of an order, the associated points are automatically deducted from your balance. If you used a discount voucher on this order, it will be credited back to your account and remains valid under the same conditions.
Is the program secure against abuse?
Yes. The system prevents cheating or attempts to fraudulently accumulate points (multiple accounts, temporary email addresses, duplicated IPs…). Any abusive attempt results in the cancellation of the points concerned.
