What does the referral program consist of?
The Aeternum referral program allows you to offer a 10% discount to your friends and receive a 10% discount in return when they place their first order. You can share it via email, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), WhatsApp, or simply by copying your personal referral link. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
How to benefit from the discount as a godchild?
When a referral uses your referral link, they automatically receive a 10% discount valid on their very first order. This discount can be used within 30 days, provided the order reaches a minimum amount of €40 excluding shipping costs.
When does the sponsor receive their reward?
The sponsor's reward is granted once the godchild's order has been confirmed and validated. After this step, the sponsor receives a 10% discount, valid for 90 days on any order with a minimum amount of €40 excluding shipping costs.
Is the referral limited to a certain number of friends?
No, you can sponsor as many people as you want. Each valid sponsorship will trigger a 10% reward once the godchild's first order has been successfully completed.
Are there any specific restrictions?
The referral discount is only valid on the very first order, and only if it reaches a minimum of €40. After a period of 30 days, the referral link is no longer active for that person. The discount voucher obtained by the referrer remains valid for 90 days from the date of receipt, provided that the order also reaches a minimum of €40. These vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotions.
