First published in Latin around 1518, but probably older, The Secret Grimoire of Turiel remains one of the most mysterious magical texts passed down since the Middle Ages. Although short, this book alone constitutes a complete and structured system of ceremonial magic. It contains instructions for contacting Turiel – a fallen angel mentioned in the Book of Enoch – whose name means "the rock of God."

The grimoire is divided into two main parts. The first presents prayers, invocations, consecrations, and exorcism formulas, organized for each day of the week. These practices are accompanied by symbols associated with planetary spirits, called the Olympic spirits: Aratron (Saturn), Phaleg (Mars), Phul (Moon), Bethor (Jupiter), Ophiel (Mercury), Hagith (Venus), and Och (Sun). Each spirit is linked to a planet, a specific magical character, and a particular scent used during rituals.

The second part of the book describes invocations intended for cohorts of spirits, specifying how to call and interact with them, including those who manifest in visible form. It also includes a list of entities associated with each planet, as well as instructions for exorcising them if necessary. The book ends with rituals borrowed from other ancient grimoires and a practical table of planetary hours.

This rare and precious text remains one of the few entirely dedicated to the Olympic spirits. It is an essential working tool for anyone interested in planetary magic and ancient rituals.

First published in Latin around 1518, but likely stemming from an even older tradition, The Secret Grimoire of Turiel is one of the most intriguing texts passed down by occult circles of the Middle Ages. Despite its modest size, it offers a complete method of ceremonial magic, with precise instructions, a clear structure, and a coherent set of practices. It is not just a collection of formulas, but a true manual intended for those who want to work seriously with planetary energies and spiritual entities.

At the heart of this grimoire is the figure of Turiel, a fallen angel mentioned in the Book of Enoch. His name, meaning "the rock of God," refers to a stable, grounded force capable of supporting and revealing hidden knowledge. The grimoire explains how to establish contact with him through precise rituals.

The content is divided into two main sections. The first gathers prayers, invocations, consecrations, and exorcism formulas, organized according to the days of the week. These practices are linked to the so-called Olympic spirits, each associated with a planet and specific functions: Aratron for Saturn, Phaleg for Mars, Phul for the Moon, Bethor for Jupiter, Ophiel for Mercury, Hagith for Venus, and Och for the Sun. Each spirit corresponds to a magical symbol (called a character), a ritual scent, and a type of energetic work. This system allows channeling planetary influence at the most favorable moment, according to the practitioner's intention.

The second part of the book goes into more detail about working with the spirits. It describes how to call them, how to recognize their presence when they manifest, and how to communicate with them safely. The grimoire also provides a list of spirits, messengers, and intelligences linked to the seven planets, with rituals adapted to each. In case of unwanted manifestation or interference, exorcism techniques are also provided. The work ends with a selection of rituals from other ancient grimoires and a table of planetary hours, very useful for timing practices correctly.

Little known to the general public, The Secret Grimoire of Turiel is a rare and precious text for those who want to initiate themselves into planetary magic. It is not only aimed at scholars but also at practitioners seeking a clear and structured framework for their rituals. It is a work that naturally finds its place in any library dedicated to operative magic.

Here, we don’t judge.

No matter where you come from, what you believe in, or what you’re looking for: you belong here. You can be a beginner, curious, a casual practitioner, or a daily witch. What matters is sincere intention.

We believe in all forms of magic.

High magic and its rigorous rituals deserve as much respect as spells passed down in the countryside. We read grimoires, respect rites, listen to old stories. Everything practiced with faith deserves serious and curious attention.

We welcome all traditions.

We don’t put one path above another. We talk hoodoo, kabbalah, Christian prayers, elemental magic, folk rituals, Celtic symbols. What matters is respect. Not the label.
