French product

This genuine holy water has been consecrated according to the Rituale Romanum, the traditional ritual of the Catholic Church. It was blessed by an ordained priest within a monastery in Eastern France.

It can therefore be used to purify places, people, and objects against curses (temptations, evil spirits, harmful influences). It is also used to make the sign of the cross before prayer at home or in a church.

In folk magic, it allows you to bless thresholds, cradles, animals, or even fields. It strengthens prayers of release, novenas, and talismans.

Holy water is free. The indicated price corresponds only to the glass bottle, packaging, and logistical fees. We provide it as it is distributed in the monastery, so you can easily receive it at home.

Note: ritual use only, not for consumption, not cosmetic.

      Nicolas

      Le conseil de Nicolas d'Aeternum

What is the Rituale Romanum ? It is actually the traditional ritual for preparing holy water. The rite includes two distinct exorcisms, one over the salt and one over the water. The blessed salt is then thrown into the water while tracing a cross, as the priest recites the blessing prayer. Their union gives rise to this sacramental water in accordance with liturgical tradition.

Buy our genuine holy water from the esoteric shop

This holy water was consecrated according to the Rituale Romanum, the official ritual of the Catholic Church used since at least 1614. It was blessed by an ordained priest in a monastery in Eastern France during a full ceremony including the two traditional exorcisms: one on the salt, the other on the water. The exorcised salt is then poured into the water while tracing a cross, as the priest recites the solemn prayer. This rite produces sacramental water respectful of ancient liturgical customs, still used in many convents and communities faithful to tradition.

A consecrated use to purify, bless, and ward off harmful influences

This holy water can be used to cleanse a living space, an altar, or worship objects. It is also used to bless a person, especially before prayer or a spiritual undertaking. Its use is recommended in situations of disturbance or discomfort, when one feels persistent unease in a place or in the atmosphere of a home. It is applied to thresholds, bedrooms, cradles, or prayer corners to create a more stable environment. It naturally accompanies simple protective gestures, both at home and in church.

A living heritage of Christian tradition and rural life

Holy water, in the French countryside, has long held its place in daily rituals: blessing animals before they go out, tracing a cross over bread, protecting a field, or warding off the evil eye. It remains a stable and accessible element to accompany novenas, prayers of deliverance, or objects carrying intention. By using it, one continues an ancient gesture, passed down in families and rural churches, always guided by the desire to preserve, bless, and enlighten what deserves to be kept.

      Here, we don’t judge.

No matter where you come from, what you believe in, or what you’re looking for: you belong here. You can be a beginner, curious, a casual practitioner, or a daily witch. What matters is sincere intention.

We believe in all forms of magic.

High magic and its rigorous rituals deserve as much respect as spells passed down in the countryside. We read grimoires, respect rites, listen to old stories. Everything practiced with faith deserves serious and curious attention.

      We welcome all traditions.

We don’t put one path above another. We talk hoodoo, kabbalah, Christian prayers, elemental magic, folk rituals, Celtic symbols. What matters is respect. Not the label.

      Holy water.

Holy water is used to bless people, objects, or places, thereby invoking the divine presence to sanctify them. It is also a symbol of spiritual renewal, recalling purification rites, especially baptism, where it plays a central role in redemption and spiritual rebirth. In magic, holy water can also be used in protection or purification rituals, acting as a shield against evil forces and promoting inner peace.

      — Holy water in 8 questions .

Here is an overview of the most frequently asked questions. Of course, there are no silly questions, so if the answer is not here: you can contact us.

      What exactly is holy water?

Holy water is water ritually charged with a specific intention. In Christianity, it is blessed by a priest according to a liturgical rite. In a pagan or magical context, it can be consecrated during a personal or collective ritual, connected to the elements, the Moon, or a deity.

Is holy water reserved for believers?

No. You can use holy water in your spiritual practice regardless of your path. It is not faith in a specific religion that gives it power, but the intention, respect, and use you make of it.

What is holy water used for in esoteric practice?

It is used to purify a place, an object, or oneself. It also serves to draw a protective circle, strengthen a spell, or awaken a spiritual presence in a space. It acts as a sacred cleansing and calling fluid.

Can you make your own pagan holy water?

Yes. It is entirely possible to consecrate clear water (spring, rain, or filtered) through a ritual connected to the elements, lunar cycles, or protective spirits. Adding salt, incense, or prayers can strengthen this consecration.

What is the difference between Christian holy water and pagan holy water?

Christian holy water follows a specific rite, performed by an ordained priest, using exorcised salt and a specific prayer. Pagan holy water, on the other hand, is rooted in personal or ancestral traditions, connected to nature, the seasons, or non-biblical deities.

How to use holy water daily?

It can be placed in a small dish at the entrance of your home for protection, used to sprinkle a ritual object, or applied to your forehead before meditation or magical work. It is also incorporated into baths or spiritual cleansings.

      Does holy water keep?

Yes, if it is stored in a clean, closed container, away from light and heat. If it becomes cloudy or gives off an odor, it is best to thank it and then pour it into the earth before consecrating a new one.

Do you offer holy water in your shop?

Yes, we offer holy waters from religious, pagan, and magical traditions on our online esoteric shop. Each bottle is carefully prepared according to its original tradition, specifying its purpose (protection, purification, blessing)
