Supporting Your Animal at End of Life - Dialogue with the Animal Soul, Here and Beyond
Is my animal suffering? How can I help them live their final moments with serenity? What do they feel when facing death? Do animals have a soul? Do they reincarnate? Can they end their own lives?
Welcoming an animal into your home also means accepting, even if not always consciously, that one day you will have to say goodbye. This thought stays in the background for a long time but resurfaces more insistently as our companion ages or illness strikes. Difficult, sometimes urgent decisions then arise: faced with an accident, a serious diagnosis, or disturbed behavior… how do you know what is right for them? How can you act without regret, with love and respect?
This guide offers clear answers, practical advice, and valuable guidance to help you through this stage. It covers not only end-of-life care but also the moment of passing and what comes after. Simple rituals you can perform will help you move forward at your own pace. A passage journal, designed as a series of questions, will allow you to express what you feel and gently prepare when the time comes.
This book is for anyone who wants to accompany their animal to the very end, with tenderness, clarity, and inner peace.

Is my animal suffering? What can I do to help them live their final days with dignity? What do they perceive about death? Do they have a soul? Is there some form of continuity after they leave? Can an animal choose to leave on its own?
Every time we open our home to an animal, we know, without really thinking about it, that one day we will have to face the trial of separation. As long as the animal is young and healthy, this subject feels distant. But when the first signs of aging appear, when illness sets in, or an accident occurs, the question becomes more urgent. It unsettles, it worries, it confronts us with decisions we would have preferred never to have to make. How can we know if the animal is suffering? Should we insist on treatments or help them pass? How can we be sure not to act too early... or too late?
This book offers honest and compassionate answers to all these questions. It guides step by step those who are going through this delicate moment, without grand theories, but with simple words, useful advice, and paths to explore. It addresses the reality of end of life, the passage of death, and what can be considered afterward, without ever imposing a single viewpoint. Accessible rituals are proposed to mark this stage, maintain a connection, or simply grieve at one’s own pace.
A passage journal accompanies the reader, in the form of questions to ask oneself and to ask one’s animal. It’s not about understanding everything, but about feeling less alone, better listening to what the animal expresses, and being ready to live this moment with more calm and clarity.
This book is for all those who deeply love their animal and want to accompany them to the end, without running away, without masking the pain, but with tenderness, clarity, and respect.
Fabienne Maillefer is a Swiss practitioner specializing in intuitive animal communication, psychopedagogy, and hypnotherapy. Originally trained as a nurse, she expanded her skills by earning diplomas in psychopedagogy, social psychology, and hypnotherapy. Since the early 2000s, she has developed and taught her own method of intuitive animal communication, aiming to establish a heart-to-heart dialogue with animals.
In 2002, she founded the School of Consciousness, a training center dedicated to interspecies communication, encompassing relationships with animals, plants, minerals, and humans. This center offers EduQua-certified training for animal interpreters, ranging from practitioner to master practitioner levels.
Here, we don’t judge.
No matter where you come from, what you believe in, or what you’re looking for: you belong here. You can be a beginner, curious, a casual practitioner, or a daily witch. What matters is sincere intention.
We believe in all forms of magic.
High magic and its rigorous rituals deserve as much respect as spells passed down in the countryside. We read grimoires, respect rites, listen to old stories. Everything practiced with faith deserves serious and curious attention.
We welcome all traditions.
We don’t put one path above another. We talk hoodoo, kabbalah, Christian prayers, elemental magic, folk rituals, Celtic symbols. What matters is respect. Not the label.
We work cleanly.
Each package is carefully prepared by us, here in France. Before shipping, it is purified so it arrives at your home cleansed and positively charged. We strive to use recyclable packaging and reduce our impact as much as possible.
We stay available.
Customer service is us. Not an AI, not a robot, not a call center. If you have a question, a doubt, a problem, you reach us—the same people who select the products, write the descriptions, and prepare the packages.
We stay human-sized.
We are a small passionate team with big ambitions, hands in the herbs, books, and boxes. And we want to keep it that way.
