This work offers a complete immersion into traditional magic, based on the foundations and teachings of the Old Religion, more commonly known as Wicca. A true guide, it accompanies the reader step by step, blending theory and practice for a deep understanding of this ancient art. Through its pages, it opens the doors to a universe rich in symbols, rituals, and esoteric knowledge.

The book covers meditation rituals, essential for developing concentration and spiritual alignment, as well as prayers dedicated to emblematic figures such as Lucifer, considered by Wiccans as the Light Bearer, and Lilith, the embodiment of love in all its forms. These figures, far from their conventional image, are here viewed through a symbolic and spiritual lens, reflecting powerful and benevolent energies.

Beyond the spiritual foundations, the book explores in detail the practical dimension of magic. It teaches the art of building an altar, a central element of any ritual practice, and consecrating objects or even living beings to channel their energies. Readers will discover the basics of dowsing, a valuable tool for detecting energy currents, as well as the necessary steps to invoke the Genies, spiritual entities offering guidance and protection.

Magical tools also play a crucial role in this learning. The book explains their use, whether it is the wand, the sword, the athame (witches’ black-handled knife), the cingulum (ritual belt), or the sacramentary, a book made of blank pages used as a support for ritual inscriptions. Each tool is presented in its practical and symbolic dimension, revealing its importance in magical rituals.

Among the practices taught are execration, an act aimed at driving away negative influences, and the establishment of a magic circle, a sacred space that allows the channeling of energies and ensures protection during rituals. These techniques, combined with other traditional knowledge, form a solid foundation for anyone wishing to initiate themselves into Wiccan magic.

This book, written by renowned authors in the field of magic and esoteric arts, presents itself as both an educational and inspiring manual. Designed to be accessible to beginners while remaining enriching for experienced practitioners, it offers exercises and practical lessons to master the subtleties of this art. By following its teachings, the reader will be able to develop a respectful and enlightened practice, in harmony with the fundamental principles of Wicca and the traditions of magic. A true companion for those aspiring to become accomplished magicians, guided by wisdom and discernment.

Jacques (or Jack) Coutela, astrologer and prolific author, met Diane Lucifera in 1970 and together they founded the International Wicca in France in 1978. Father of six children, he wrote under various pseudonyms such as Maïk Vegor and R. P. Johannès, and published numerous works on occult sciences, magic, and UFOs, as well as detective novels and erotic books. Notably, he is the author of the Practical Manual of Berry Witchcraft and Practical Manual of Occitan Witchcraft. Coutela also contributed to various magazines, including those rated X.

Here, we don’t judge.

No matter where you come from, what you believe in, or what you’re looking for: you belong here. You can be a beginner, curious, a casual practitioner, or a daily witch. What matters is sincere intention.

We believe in all forms of magic.

High magic and its rigorous rituals deserve as much respect as spells passed down in the countryside. We read grimoires, respect rites, listen to old stories. Everything practiced with faith deserves serious and curious attention.

We welcome all traditions.

We don’t put one path above another. We talk hoodoo, kabbalah, Christian prayers, elemental magic, folk rituals, Celtic symbols. What matters is respect. Not the label.

We work cleanly.

Each package is carefully prepared by us, here in France. Before shipping, it is purified so it arrives at your home cleansed and positively charged. We strive to use recyclable packaging and reduce our impact as much as possible.

We stay available.

Customer service is us. Not an AI, not a robot, not a call center. If you have a question, a doubt, a problem, you reach us—the same people who select the products, write the descriptions, and prepare the packages.

We stay human-sized.

We are a small passionate team with big ambitions, hands in the herbs, books, and boxes. And we want to keep it that way.

You speak about it best.
