Diffusion
Use a few drops in an essential oil diffuser to purify the air in your space, whether for spiritual practice, meditation, or simply to create a calming and purified atmosphere at home.
For diffusers, you can simply place the reeds and let the fragrance fill your space.
As a mist, just use the spray to diffuse the scent into the air.
Topical Application
Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil (such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil) and apply it to the skin, especially on pulse points, to benefit from its properties. This can be useful for energetic protection or healing (caution: always perform a skin test to check for allergic reactions before widespread use).
Holy Water
Add a few drops of the oil to water to create holy water used in purification rituals. You can also soak a piece of cotton or a small cloth with the oil and place it on your altar to strengthen protective and purifying energies during your practices.
