Séverin Lobanov is a contemporary author and alchemist, known for his works dedicated to alchemy, esotericism, and Hermetic philosophy. Early on confronted with a different vision of nature and the world, he embarked on a path of personal study that led him to become an independent researcher.
He has been practicing operative alchemy for about thirty years and also specializes in the study of ancient writings as well as biblical languages.
Author of several books, including Rébis or the Secret of the Alchemist and The Sky of the Philosophers, he notably addresses themes of the alchemical tradition, magic, and philosophy, thus contributing to the dissemination of a contemporary approach to these disciplines.
