Is delivery discreet?
We know that spirituality is personal, or even intimate. Therefore, our parcels are discreet and sealed to prevent them from being opened. The products are also secured inside to prevent movement. Your parcel is then delivered like any other package.
What delivery methods and times are available on Aeternum?
We offer 5 delivery methods:

Colissimo (home delivery): within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Mondial Relay (to pickup points and lockers): within 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Mondial Relay (home delivery): within 5 to 10 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Chronopost by 1 p.m. (home delivery): the next day by 1 p.m. for all orders placed before 2 p.m., Monday to Friday. Weekend and public holiday orders are shipped on the next business day and delivered the following day.
Which shipping areas are available?
For now, we ship to mainland France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, French Guiana, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, New Caledonia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, and Canada.
Other destinations are added regularly.

Yes, subject to a minimum purchase amount and only for mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Monaco:

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your parcel in real time using the services of Mondial Relay, Colissimo, or Chronopost.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are unavailable, the delivery driver will leave a notice explaining how to collect your parcel, usually from the nearest post office or a pickup point.
What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If you notice any damage or irregularities upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged parcel. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
What should I do if I have not received my parcel despite the tracking status showing "Delivered"?
In that case, please contact us promptly. We will open an investigation with the delivery service and do everything possible to resolve the issue.
