Mario Reading (August 10, 1953 – January 29, 2017) was a British author known for his work on the prophecies of Nostradamus. Born in Bournemouth, England, he grew up between England, Germany, and southern France. He studied comparative literature at the University of East Anglia under the guidance of Malcolm Bradbury and Angus Wilson.
Throughout his life, Mario Reading held various professions, including selling rare books, teaching horseback riding in Africa, studying training in Vienna, managing a polo stable in India, Spain, and Dubai, as well as co-managing a coffee plantation in Mexico.
Mario Reading passed away on January 29, 2017, after a long battle with cancer.
