Since childhood, she has been passionate about nature and living beings, a passion strengthened by personal experiences with illness that led her to alternative practices during her teenage years, supported by her mother.

Founder of the wellness center "Nature & Sens" in Landas, Hauts-de-France, Sarah offers training in sound therapy, yoga classes, group workshops, and individual support. Her approach integrates ancient wisdom and modern practices, aiming to harmonize body and mind.
