Sweet Woodruff
L'Sweet Woodruff (or Galium Odoratum) is a plant highly valued since the Middle Ages. It was even hung in religious buildings because once dried, it releases a sweet scent of hay and vanilla. Due to this sweetness, it was also nicknamed the "ladies' lily of the valley." It produces coumarin, a substance used both in perfumery and herbal medicine.
When burned on charcoal, Sweet Woodruff releases a powerful soothing effect that induces deep relaxation and promotes a state of inner calm conducive to introspection.
