👁️ Clairvoyance
🛡️ Protection

The hazel tree has a strong heritage in Celtic tradition. Famous for its Y-shaped wand, used by dowsers to detect underground water sources, it was used by druids for divination and detecting subtle energies by engraving ogham symbols on it. In folk magic, the hazel tree is a tree that protects the home.

It is therefore a key ingredient in works of clairvoyance, prosperity, and protection.

These hazel leaves are sold in 30g packages.

Other names: Coudrier, Coudraie, Avelinier.

Sacred Tree of Dowsers and Druids

Hazel, also called coudrier, holds an ancient place in European magical practices, especially in the Celtic tradition. Its flexible and resilient wood is used to make the famous Y-shaped rods used by dowsers to detect water sources or buried objects. Druids carved the Ogham alphabet on its branches and used them in divination rituals. These rods, connected to the earth, facilitated access to hidden answers and supported intuitive work in the heart of nature.

Protection of Homes and Fertility of the Land

Hazel protects inhabited places. Hanging a branch above a door or in a stable preserves the home from harmful presences and ensures a stable atmosphere. In rural areas, it protects crops, wards off the evil eye, and supports the growth of harvests. This protective role gives it a discreet but central place in daily gestures related to rural magic. It acts as a natural barrier against imbalances and external influences, while carrying the promise of fertility.

Clarity of Mind, Prosperity, and Security

Hazel accompanies rituals related to clairvoyance, prosperity, and energetic protection. In the form of a talisman, rod, or ritual infusion, it supports spiritual practices aimed at clarifying a project or intention. It invites setting a solid, harmonious, and clear framework. Its energy facilitates recentring, attracts necessary resources, and creates a natural protective field around oneself, conducive to concentration, intuition, and material balance.
