To offer you a smooth, reassuring, and friendly experience, we have improved our customer service. You can now reach us in several simple and direct ways.

1. Contact us by phone

We answer at 09 79 10 29 48 from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. When you call, it’s not an anonymous call center on the other side of the world: you reach one of us directly, here in Brittany. We are here to answer all your questions about products, delivery times, stock, or order tracking.

What we do not do: we do not offer clairvoyance, guidance, or oracle or tarot readings by phone.

2. Contact us on WhatsApp

The same number also works on WhatsApp, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. This is the fastest option if you have an urgent question or want to illustrate your request with a photo, screenshot, or voice message. We will reply as soon as possible.

It’s also convenient if you are outside or prefer writing rather than calling. And if your message arrives outside our hours, we will respond as soon as we return.

You can also write to us at bonjour@aeternum.fr, or use the contact form available on our site. We commit to responding within a maximum of 24 business hours, although in practice, our replies often come faster. This is the ideal solution if you have a detailed request, a comment, or a longer message to send us.
