2. Where and how to collect this terre?
The terre de justice is discreetly taken outside an official place: at the foot of courthouse steps, near a wall, in a flowerbed, around a tree planted in the courtyard, or at a spot where summoned people pass by.
Highly visible areas are avoided. Three pinches of terre are collected calmly, with hands or a small discreet tool. They are placed in a small glass or dark fabric container (gray, brown, black).

The terre de justice is placed around a name, a paper, a photo, or an object symbolizing the situation. It can surround a gray or black candle, or be placed in a magical vial of judgment. It acts as a force of reminder, consequence, and exposure.
It can be slipped under a request object, in a pouch carried to a hearing, or even deposited at a crossroads after the ritual to let the truth spread in all directions.
It is also used in “return of fault” rituals: if an injustice is committed, this terre is used to ensure the responsible person faces their actions.
It does not replace concrete action, but supports the steps: it clarifies, forces revelation, and brings pieces to light.
4. What to do with this terre after the ritual?
The used terre de justice is not kept. It is returned to the earth, in a neutral place, or buried away from living areas. It can also be scattered at a crossroads or in a field to let the effect spread and dissolve.
One does not keep terre of conflict or judgment nearby. It has done its work. It returns to the earth with a breath of closure.
Working with the terre de justice means accepting that things be revealed. It acts to restore balance, not by vengeance, but by truth. This terre takes no sides. It states the facts. And it is in this neutrality that it acts with strength.
