IN THIS SUMMARY...
1. Why add it to a spiritual bath? |
Cascarilla can be used in a spiritual bath to gently cleanse energies stuck to the body, soothe internal tensions, and restore a state of calm and recentring. It is not a purifying ingredient like salt or some bitter plants. It is a white, fine, soft powder that acts like an invisible veil to neutralize what disturbs without friction.
In water, it does not foam or scent. But it transforms the atmosphere, and that is where its power lies.
1. Why add it to a spiritual bath?
When you feel overwhelmed, drained, or disturbed without a clear reason, a spiritual bath helps to reset the energy field. Adding cascarilla to this bath softens the contact with yourself, smooths internal roughness, and closes what has been overexposed.
It is suitable during stressful times, after a heavy visit, at the end of a ritual, or simply when you want to regain a neutral, stable, breathable state.
It does not work alone. It harmonizes the work of other ingredients.
2. How to use it in the bath?
Fill a basin or bathtub with warm water. Add a spoonful of cascarilla powder, which you can first dissolve in a little clear water. The water becomes milky, light, and soft to the touch. You can add plants, salt, or keep it simple with just the powder if you want a neutral bath.
Pour this water over your body, from the top of your head down to your feet, with the intention to cleanse without violence.
Stay a few minutes in silence, eyes closed. You don’t need to recite anything. The bath does its work.
3. And after?
Do not rinse. Let yourself dry in the open air or with a light towel. The water can be poured into the toilet, on the ground, or at the base of a tree.
You can take this bath in the evening, before sleeping, or at the end of a difficult period.
Integrating cascarilla into a bath is like wrapping yourself in invisible light. And in this milky water, the body reclaims its space.
