Eggshell powder is traditionally used in African magic but was popularized in Santería and Candomblé in Latin America. It is thus better known as Cascarilla.
The egg in magic is used to absorb harmful energies because of the life it contains, but also to protect due to its shell.
This Cascarilla powder is sprinkled at the entrance of the house to protect it or in corners to absorb (like salt), or in a business to prevent theft. With you, it can be added to a mojo or a spell jar to benefit from its power outside. It will ward off the evil eye and can sever ties with entities.
