Aeternum
Great Wormwood
The Great Absinthe (Artemisia Absinthium), before being a well-known alcohol accompanied by a green fairy, is a medicinal plant used since Antiquity to cure ailments especially related to the liver and digestion.
A protective plant, it is traditionally burned as incense, in fumigations, or placed in sachets to ward off malevolent spirits. Its psychotropic qualities are also used to facilitate meditative states and visions, helping with divination and spiritual exploration. It is thus a choice ingredient in the making of charms, mojo bags, or spell jars associated with banishment and unbewitching.
Finally, it is reputed to help soothe emotional pain and anger, and to ease the healing process in cases of grief.
Its other names: Aluyne.

Medicinal Plant with Ancient Uses
Wormwood, Artemisia Absinthium, has been used since Antiquity for its beneficial effects on the digestive system and liver functions. It is part of European medicinal traditions as a bitter remedy known to stimulate appetite, relieve digestive pain, and strengthen the body. Long before being associated with the world of decadent 19th-century artists, it was recognized for its purifying action on the body, both in folk medicine and in more scholarly pharmacopoeias.
Plant of Banishment and Protection
In European and Afro-Caribbean ritual traditions, Wormwood is known for its ability to repel harmful influences and hostile spirits. It is commonly burned as a fumigation to purify a place, drive away disruptive entities, and cut unwanted invisible ties. Incorporated into sachets, talismans, or banishing jars, it acts as an energetic barrier. Its well-known psychoactive properties also promote entry into states of consciousness conducive to divination and spiritual journeys, making it a support in vision and unbinding practices.
Plant of Emotional Healing
Wormwood accompanies moments of breakup, mourning, or major inner transition. It soothes old anger, deep emotional pain, and helps initiate a healing process. Placed in a talisman or used in ritual infusion (not ingested), it offers powerful energetic support to ease grief and regain emotional stability. Its presence in a ritual marks the intention to turn the page, welcome inner peace, and move forward freed from invisible burdens.

We believe in all forms of magic.
High magic and its rigorous rituals deserve as much respect as spells passed down in the countryside. We read grimoires, respect rites, listen to old stories. Everything practiced with faith deserves serious and curious attention.
We welcome all traditions.
We don’t put one path above another. We talk hoodoo, kabbalah, Christian prayers, elemental magic, folk rituals, Celtic symbols. What matters is respect. Not the label.
