Dom Neroman

Dom Néroman (real name: Pierre Victor Émile Maurice Rougié) was a French astrologer, born on June 18, 1884, in Gramat (Lot) and died on June 23, 1953, in Paris. A civil mining engineer, he was particularly involved in so-called rational astrology. His work aimed to rid astrology of superstitions and to develop its scientific aspects.
