Litha Incense: Celebrating the Fire of the Solstice
Litha incense accompanies the summer solstice sabbat, the moment when the light reaches its zenith. It was prepared in our workshop with raw ingredients, selected for their direct connection to solar energy. This blend pays tribute to the power of fire, the abundance of nature, and the vital impulse that flows through this period. It serves to mark the change of season, to give thanks for what grows, and to nurture the intention of expansion, radiance, and gratitude.
A Solar Blend, Between Warmth, Light, and Grounding
The composition combines Frankincense resin, to open the vibrational field, Chamomile and St. John's Wort, solar plants par excellence, and aromatic barks that evoke the dry, woody scents of summer. A bit of honey binds the whole, without wax or additives, to offer a round, warm, lively smoke. This blend releases a bright fragrance, both fresh and enveloping, which supports rituals of prosperity, joy, or blessing. It can also be used outside of ritual settings, simply to create a clear and invigorating atmosphere.
Smoke to Support Seasonal Rites and Impulses
To enjoy its effects, a pinch on burning charcoal is enough. Litha incense is used in a classic censer, an incense burner, or on a dedicated altar. It accompanies both group celebrations and more intimate moments focused on recentring, recognition, or the projection of a wish. Its smoke invites alignment with the light, to nurture what deserves to grow, and to fully welcome the vitality offered by the solstice. It is intended for those who live their practice in tune with the seasons, with respect and simplicity.
