Celebrated between July 31 and August 1, Lammas is also known as the bread festival, where it is customary to prepare all kinds of bread using freshly harvested flour and distribute them to those in need.

Lughnasadh marks a crucial period in the agricultural cycle: it is the time of the first harvest, when the seeds that sprouted in spring during the Ostara and Beltane festivities are gathered. Traditionally celebrated between July 31 and August 1, Lammas is also called the bread festival, a time when it is customary to knead and bake bread using freshly milled flour from the new harvests.
