The Rompe Saraguey candle has been prepared to break blockages, dissolve harmful ties, repel negative energies, and cleanse what prevents progress. It is a candle for energetic breaking, clearing, and liberation. Its gray color represents the transition point between shadow and light, the moment when you cut to better start again. It is covered with the Rompe Saraguey herb, a plant used in Afro-Caribbean traditions to break curses, cleanse burdens, and sever invisible influences. Its soft cotton scent balances everything, bringing peace and clarity after the cut.

This is not a gentle candle. It is a candle to say stop, cut, sever, release.

1. When to use it?

You can use it when you feel that something is preventing you from moving forward, when there is a repetition of blockages, a heavy tie, a heavy energy around you, or a person or situation you want to detach from.

It also works if you have gone through a poorly conducted ritual, a toxic environment, or a space where you felt drained.

2. How to use it?

Place the candle in a quiet place, away from fragile or sentimental objects. You can use it alone, without adding objects or symbols around it. Set a clear intention: “I cut ties with what no longer serves me.”

Light the candle mindfully, without looking away. Let it burn for a chosen time, then you can relight it over several days if you feel the work takes longer. The flame may flicker, the scent may seem intense: this is a sign that the cutting is working.

You can open a window to help with the clearing.

3. After burning

Dispose of the wax outside, preferably far from your living space, or bury it near a neutral place (earth, crossroads, riverbank). Do not keep it.

The Rompe Saraguey candle does not soothe. It liberates firmly. And in this breaking, what belonged to you returns to you.
