Archangels
In the Christian celestial hierarchy, the Archangels represent the sixth choir of the third hierarchy. They are messengers of God tasked with bringing important revelations and instructions to humans. The Archangels play a key role in decisive moments of divine history, announcing significant events, such as the birth of Christ or other divine messages. Among the best-known Archangels are Michael, who is often considered the defender and leader of the heavenly armies, Gabriel, the messenger of God, and Raphael, associated with healing and guidance. The Archangels help lead the Angels and strengthen the faith of believers by providing encouragement and protection.
