We answer calls at 09 79 10 29 48 from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. When you call, you are not reaching an anonymous call center on the other side of the world: you speak directly with one of us, here in Brittany. We are here to answer all your questions about products, delivery times, stock, or your order’s tracking.
What we do not offer: psychic readings, spiritual guidance, or oracle or tarot readings by phone.
2. Contact us on WhatsApp
The same number also works on WhatsApp, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. This is the fastest option if you have an urgent question or would like to illustrate your request with a photo, screenshot, or voice message. We will reply as soon as possible.
It is also convenient if you are away from home or prefer writing to calling. And if your message arrives outside our hours, we will respond when we return.
3. Contact us by email
You can also email us at bonjour@aeternum.fr, or use the contact form available on our website. We commit to replying within a maximum of 24 business hours, although in practice, our replies often arrive sooner. This is the ideal solution if you have a detailed request, a comment, or a longer message to send us.
