1. Which dagyde should be used for this type of work? |
In certain magical practices, vengeance does not mean blind punishment. It can be a return of energy, a way of giving the other person back what they sent. In this context, the dagyde becomes a means of response, a channel for carrying out a magical act that is fair, decisive, and free from confusion. This is not a game, nor a burst of anger cast at random. It is a directed, deliberate, contained working. A counterspell, meanwhile, works to return an attack, dissolve malice, or block magical intrusion.
1. Which dagyde should be used for this type of work?
Choose a black dagyde. This is the most direct color for rituals of returning energy to its sender, blocking, neutralizing, or striking back. Inscribe the first name of the person concerned, or a symbol representing them. If you do not know their identity, you can write “the person who sent me this energy” or use a neutral but targeted form.
You can also use a testimonial object: a piece of paper, a scrap of fabric, or a material trace connected to the situation or person.
Place the dagyde inside a closed circle of salt, black powder, nails, or charcoal, to contain the energy and prevent any unwanted escape or return.
2. What intention should be set?
Do not make a confused request. Say, silently or in your mind: “I return what was sent to me. I cut the connection. I block what affects me.” You are not sending random harm. You are sending back a force, exactly as it came. You do not want to hurt anyone. You want to bring it to an end, set a boundary, and return the foreign energy to its point of origin.
You can charge the dagyde with mugwort, black pepper, or rue oil, and surround the wax with banishing or severing powders.
This type of ritual requires composure, precision, and emotional clarity.
3. What should you do during the ritual?
Light the dagyde in a protected space. Do not let yourself become distracted. Observe the flame. Visualize the energy returning to its source. If the wax crackles, spits, or becomes misshapen, do not panic. Continue the working. If the dagyde burns quickly, the channel is open. If it goes out, assess whether another attempt is necessary or whether the effect has already been achieved.
You can accompany this moment with a symbolic gesture: cut a connection, drive in a needle, overturn a small dish, or close a circle.
What you do with the wax is reflected in the energy.
4. What should you do afterward?
Keep nothing. Throw away or bury the wax far from your home, in a neutral place or at a crossroads. You can rinse the space, burn a protective herb, or symbolically close the circle you opened. This type of working should not remain “open” in your home.
A dagyde used for a counterspell or righteous vengeance acts like a seal. It must not be reopened. It is not an object to be reused. Let it go. Then return to yourself, in your own space.
This is not a power game. It is a magical act of justice carried out seriously, in silence and with inner authority.
